20: The Whole Melchizedek Thing and
Why You Love It and Know It’s True
Melchizedek is an example how the Bible is not just about the Jews, but is much broader. And the writer of Hebrews compares Jesus to Melchizedek. We should not be surprised to encounter people who are not of our tribe or religion who have a connection with God and can bless in some way. Jesus said that the Father is always at work and that is something we should remember.
