40: Is It Inspired?
The idea that the Bible is inspired by God comes from 2 Timothy 3:16 where it says that “All scripture is god-breathed (inspired) and is useful …”
The word for spirit and breathe are the same in Greek and other languages. Even in English are inspired (a spirit word) and we respire (breath). When we die, we expire.
